hebert and klutzy added to the character page

hello penguins i just got back from camping and i had a really good time. Today on club penguin i noticed that on the character page Herbert and klutzy where added. I wonder if that means there going to be mascots. Don't you think it would be really cool if you saw them walking around on club penguin.drop a comment and say if you think they will be mascots
